摘 要

随着人民生活水平的提高,我国汽车保有量不断提升私家车的数量越来越多在生活小区、办公场所、商场、旅游景点等地方,停车难问题也日益突出解决停车难问题。除了加大基础设施投入(扩建停车场)外有效地对现有的停车场进行合理分配、调度与管理也是行之有效的措施，因而建设配套的停车场信息管理系统，对停车位进行有序地管理十分必要。目前无论在生活小区或是在写字楼宇的建设，规划中均已对停车位的规划配备进行了充分考虑停车场，已成为人们生活服务的必备场所之一，停车场的数目增多对停车场信息管理系统产生了强大的市场。需求基于上述两点需求本文设计了一套停车场信息管理系统。

本系统采用的数据库是Mysql，使用Java技术开发，运行环境使用Tomcat服务器，ECLIPSE 是本系统的开发平台。在设计过程中，充分保证了系统代码的良好可读性、实用性、易扩展性、通用性、便于后期维护、操作方便以及页面简洁等特点。

Abstract

With the improvement of people's living standards, China's car ownership continues to improve, and the number of private cars is increasing. In living quarters, offices, shopping malls, tourist attractions and other places, the problem of parking is becoming increasingly prominent. In addition to increasing the investment in infrastructure (expanding the parking lot), it is also an effective measure to effectively allocate, dispatch and manage the existing parking lot. Therefore, it is necessary to build a supporting parking lot information management system to manage the parking space orderly. At present, no matter in the construction of living quarters or office buildings, the parking lot has been fully considered in the planning. The parking lot has become one of the necessary places for people's life and service. The increasing number of parking lots has produced a strong market for the parking lot information management system. Based on the above two requirements, this paper designs a set of parking lot management system, from the ground sensor coil, the gate, the card machine, the main control board to the microcomputer management system.
